1. Service Agreement
By engaging Montoya Irrigation for sprinkler system installation, repair, spring start-up, winterization blowout, or outdoor drainage remediation, you agree to the terms outlined on this page and any job estimate accepted prior to work commencement.
2. Estimates & Work Authorization
All cost estimates provided during on-site property evaluations are valid for 30 days. Work begins upon verbal or written authorization from the property owner or authorized agent.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranties
Montoya Irrigation stands behind our craftsmanship with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Commercial-grade components (Hunter, Rain Bird) installed by our team carry full manufacturer warranties alongside our installation labor guarantee.
